We had a little issue with the door code when we arrived and Melanie immediately responded. Even drove 45 minutes to come check it out.
Very convenient location with easy access to parkway and restaurants, attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

My girls and I had the most wonderful experience in this listing. The amenities made the place so special, and we really enjoyed trying them out! The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to all of my messages, even if I was not good at doing the same. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for the 6 guests staying there! Overall, an amazing experience!

This was an incredible stay. We come to Pigeon Forge often for weekends or week long getaways. The Chalet was immaculate, with no issues at all. Everything was exactly as described, and if we did have an issue, Jeff and Melanie were immediately responsive.
We will for sure be staying here again in the future, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms lovely, the near privacy one gets on both “balcony” areas was perfect, and the pool was less than a minute walk away.
Jeff & Melanie, 10/10 if only AirBnB had a higher rating option!

I can't say enough great things about our host and the extra amenities they provided. The coffee bar was unexpected but very appreciated. The bottle of wine with the indoor jacuzzi was an extremely nice touch.
We would recommend this home to anyone and everyone! It was even more than we expected!

Selah Way is a tranquil rest and refresh location in Southwest Knoxville. This hone is extremely easy to find, more than adequately supplied, and has all the amenities of home! This is our 2nd stay; we were more satisfied than we could ever imagine and will definitelybe back!! Their personable responses and messages and personalized gifts in each of the bedrooms were just an extra special touch! We are so grateful to have found this gem and anyone that stays here will also be blessed!

My heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the wonderful accommodations provided at your rental property. The phrase "above and beyond" truly encapsulates our experience. From the moment we stepped into the house, we were delighted by every single thoughtful detail and extra accommodation that made our stay so enjoyable. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into ensuring that everything we needed was readily available – and then some! One of the many highlights was not having to make a quick trip to the grocery store for essentials like sugar and cream for coffee, which is often the case with other rentals. Your property was stocked with everything we could possibly need, plus some delightful surprises that added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. We were incredibly grateful for all the efforts made to create such a welcoming and well-appointed space. It truly made a difference in our experience.

This was my first Air B&B experience. If Selah is representative, I understand what all the enthusiasm is! The house was the perfect place for multiple adults traveling together with a child. We were close to West Knoxville, where our wedding activities were centralized. At night the ambient noises were crickets, rain or birds, yet we were close to the city’s amenities like the cathedral, restaurants, and zoo. When we needed a place for a small group to gather, we used the basement walk out with its kitchen, bathroom, and card space at the coffee table. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home decorated comfortably, cozy and cute with many thoughtful touches, like cozy blankets, universal phone chargers, nightlights,TV’s in every bedroom, plenty of regular & hot tub towels, complementary bottle of water, honey stick, souvenir soap + lip balm and wine. Cheers to the hospitality & good vibes… from the nice variety of board games, Tennessee, Knoxville mags/books and tastefully decorated themed bedrooms to the well appointed spacious kitchen, this HOME was perfect for UTK graduation weekend.
Loved walking in the nearby neighborhood oasis just across the street down into the valley and with a short drive to Lakeshore Park and Sequoyah Hills Trail through the neighborhood along the river were both great and so worth it!
Enjoyed the very relaxing, clean, hot tub with jets, just steps outside of the living room on the covered deck looking out toward gigantic trees while being serenaded by birds.

By far this is the best place that we have ever stayed! I am a neat freak and the place was squeaky clean! Every room was so cozy and peaceful and the owners went above and beyond with the extra amenities they provided. Instructions were left on how to operate everything and no detail was left behind. Also very quick response if we had any questions. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to the beautiful Smokies.

The amount of attentiveness we received was unbelievable. Jeffrey and Melanie were on top of responses to messages I sent, communicated everything we would possibly need, and extremely helpful. The house fit all of us comfortably. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The only issue we ran into was running out of hot water on our second to last day which we were told should not have happened so I know it will be looked into immediately. Other than that, everything was as described. The house is located in an amazing spot with easy access to anywhere you need to go. GPS will take you to the back entrance though so just make sure you are aware of where you are going.
