My wife and I have stayed many places in many states this was the easiest and best experience ever.
Communication was excellent, the amenities were great who could ask for more smores, hot tub, robes and handmade soap.

Selah Chalet was lovely. The architecture is beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our visit. The nice weather was a bonus.
We were very comfortable in Jeffrey & Melanie's home. There were so many luxurious amenities provided with handmade soaps and lip balms, shampoos and conditioners, nice towels and robes, chocolates, waters, wine, lotions! We felt pampered and special.
The snacks and smores kit, coffees and coffee bar were nice extras!
We loved the hot tub and the private porch area. The bedroom suite downstairs was cool and cozy. The bed was so comfortable, the fuzzy warm blankets were perfect.
We had everything we needed and more for our stay. We loved how close it is to the Parkway and so many restaurants, shops, and activities.

Our stay at the Selah Way Chalet was amazing! The home was clean and comfy. The ambiance when we arrived led you to know you were in a little place of peace. The extra touches of candy by the bed, wine by the bath, made you feel you were in a 5- star resort. Personally, the instructions on checking out were simple and thoughtful to how visitors feel when it’s time to leave. I highly recommend staying at this special home in the Smoky Mountains!

A great place to stay! If you are traveling with smaller kiddos they will love the downstairs area! Owners are easy to get ahold of and check in to ensure your stay is going smoothly!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey and Melanie’s chalet. The place was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with so many special touches that made it feel extra welcoming — from the snacks to the homemade spa products. The hot tub was always hot and ready to enjoy, which was perfect for relaxing after long days out.
We were in town dropping off our daughter for her internship at the Ripken Experience and stayed for a long weekend. The chalet was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. Everything was well cared for and made for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Jeffrey and Melanie were also very prompt and helpful in responding to any questions we had, which made the experience even better.
We would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly return!

We had a wonderful vacation with friends this weekend and Selah Way Chalet was the primary reason! Jeff and Melanie went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined to make sure our stay felt like we were at a 5 star resort! From the handmade lip balm, chocolate and wine to the s’more’s set for the fire pit, they thought of absolutely everything. It was such a beautiful Chalet, peaceful and so close to all our favorite places! We’ll definitely be back and recommending to Friends!

Wow! We had the best time staying here! Jeffrey and Melanie’s place was like home the moment we walked inside! The beds were comfortable we even used the pullout couch for one of our 17 year olds and he said it was comfortable! Hot tub was great and the downstairs master and bath felt like being at the spa! All the little extras were so wonderful and well thought out! I will definitely stay here again!

Jeffery and Melanie have the most charming home. In April, the azaleas and dogwoods are blooming and the area around the home is incredibly peaceful with beautiful songbirds all around.
Our family enjoyed soaking in the hot tub (excellent towels and robes for afterward), and our older son loved playing his guitar while sitting outside on tbe back deck.
The home itself was perfect for our family with 4 children ages 8-15. Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out while also feeling cozy in the common spaces.
The kitchen is well appointed with every tool necessary and plenty of dishware and silverware fkr a group our size. Having the luxury of 2 kitchens and living spaces made the stay even better, and we were pleasantly surprised to find such sweet goodies waiting for us upon arrival.
Jeffrey and Melanie were communicative and friendly at each stage of our stay, and now our children want to move to Knoxville, in large part because of this lovely home.
We can't wait to stay again

Jeffrey and Melanie were fantastic hosts who have put the best finishing touches on this home that make it feel like a home away from home. The house has a perfect layout for families with kids and lots to do at the house. The location was a perfect spot for us, right in between the national park and our fishing charters, plus downtown Knoxville is only a short drive away. Honestly a great experience throughout.

Jeffrey and Melanie’s house was so cute. It was perfect for a family of four. There were so many little added touches such as the coffee bar, their own handmade soap, robes, chocolates by the bed, etc. They did not forget anything. We would definitely stay here again.
